Procedures for naturalization of Vietnamese citizenship for foreigners

For registration of household business

Step 1: The owner of the household business sends the application for registration of an household business to the economic/or planning/finance department of the People's Committee of the district where the business household's shop is located, including the following information and details. following documents:  

– Notarized copy of household registration;

– Notarized copy of ID card/Citizen ID/Passport;

– Contract for leasing the business location of the shop (if it is a rental location); property deed (if the owner);

– An application for registration of an individual household business, fully stating the following information:

For individual business registration procedures

+ Name of household business, address of business location; phone number;

+ The expected business activities;

+ The charter capital;

+ Number of employees used for business;

+ Full name, signature, residential address, valid ID card/Citizen identification card/Passport information of business registration individuals or business representatives;

Step 2: When receiving the application, the business registration office at the district level will send a receipt and after 3-5 working days, the business registration office will issue a business registration certificate if the household business satisfies the below conditions:

+ Fully paid the business license registration fee.

+ Name of registered business owner in accordance with regulations;

+ Business lines that are not in the business lines banned from business as prescribed by law;

– In case the application for registration of a business license is invalid, the business registration agency must clearly notify the business owner in written any information that needs to be amended and made adjustments and supplements accordingly.  

 

For registration procedures to establish a company:

- Step 1: Completely prepared information, papers, drafting  company establishment documents.

- Step 3: Submit  company establishment dossier at the business registration office of the local province/city (as instructed above).

- Step 4: Receive the business registration certificate (If the application is complete and correct).

- Step 5: Implement the procedures for engraving the company seal

+ Announce the seal sample on the National Business Registration Information Portal.

- Step 6: Open a bank account + Notify the bank account number to the business registration agency.

- Step 7: Register for electronic tax payment with the tax authority and the bank to confirm the registration of electronic tax payment.

- Step 8: Pay license tax online.

- Step 9: Initial tax declaration at the tax office, request to use VAT invoice and notice of issuing VAT invoice.

- Step 10: Regular tax report monthly, quarterly, next year to the local tax authority.
